The architecture of the cottages and clubhouse’s are Kerala typical design. Wooden roof with special quality of Mangalore tiles. Best irool Wood with good finishing makes the doors. The floors are well finished with granite. The Bedrooms are well concreted in the below of the wooden roof, its support for Airconditioning. The well designed shutter and sliding door's are in the bedroom for security. (Show the bedroom pictures) The Living rooms are well furnished with sliding folding doors. During the day you can open full door, so you can enjoy the sea view from your living room. The dining and kitchen tables are made by granite.
